Frederike may only be two years into her hospitality training, but she is already seeing an incredible career path opening up in front of her thanks to the mentorship she’s receiving at the TITANIC Gendarmenmarkt Berlin. Her 4-year bachelor program, in tandem with the hotel, will see her rotate through every department, gaining valuable insight into the daily operations of a luxury hotel. From breakfast service to accounting, the experience Frederike will gain is sure to give her the know-how to match her passion and ambition.

What excites Frederike about TITANIC?
Frederike is already amazed by the responsibility she’s been given. She’s had the opportunity to manage her own project during the Berlin Fashion Week, she says it was a lot of fun and a great chance to put her own ideas forward- showing the company what she is capable of. Whilst it was challenging at times, Frederike knew she could rely on her teammates unwavering support.

What does she love best about TITANIC?
The people. Frederike says “you wake up in the morning and you’re excited as the team is not only amazing, they’re also friends.” For someone still learning the ropes, the combination of excellent advice, help and fun-loving staff has created a memorable atmosphere that even the guests notice.
