At Umamido (meaning “The Way of the Savoury”) it is all about getting the most delicious flavours out of simple ingredients. We are crafting and serving honest ramen. It’s honest, because we are passionate about our ingredients and flavours, about our customers and we’re sure as hell passionate about ramen. We are only using ingredients of the best quality – mostly homemade and if not, sourced from the best suppliers (locally and globally). Our honest ramens are a love letter to Japan, and to our customers.
