Overall Job PurposeProviding a warm welcome and equally warm farewell are key aspects of the role. The bartender knows how to follow brand directives and standards to the highest level. Handling guests at the bar, clearing and setting tables, serving food Competencies· Great Organizational skills· Customer service-oriented· Creative thinking· Problem solver· Positive approach· Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks· Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies Qualifications, Skills & Experience· Fluent in both Italian and English· Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks· Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails· Planning, problem solving, and teamwork· Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness· Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and be responsive Candidate profileEducation and ExperienceMinimum 3-year experience in similar role in comparable property with sizeable rooms and meeting spaces. Preferred: Has demonstrated the ability to always work on behalf of GuestsHas demonstrated the ability to work with other Team MembersSuccessful track record of working in a collaborative/matrixed environmentAbility to evaluate and identify business opportunities for a business
