What We Look For:  Senior Events Sales Manager


Description: Lifestyle Group is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Events Sales Manager to lead events and group sales across a growing portfolio of premium restaurant and lifestyle brands in Malta. This role will play a key part in driving revenue through private dining, corporate events, brand partnerships and large-scale group bookings across multiple venues, including established concepts and upcoming openings launching this year. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage events sales across Lifestyle Group’s portfolio of restaurants and hospitality concepts
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities across corporate, agency, concierge, DMC and luxury travel networks
  • Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to confirmation and handover to operations
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, event planners, hotels and international partners
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic outbound sales activity and account management
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing and Operations teams to develop seasonal offers and event concepts
  • Oversee proposal creation, pricing strategy and contract negotiation
  • Monitor sales performance, conversion rates and revenue targets across venues
  • Support pre-opening sales strategy for new restaurant launches
  • Represent Lifestyle Group at industry events, networking opportunities and trade activations


Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in events or hospitality sales, ideally within premium restaurants, hotels or lifestyle venues
  • Proven track record of achieving events revenue targets
  • Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
  • Established network within corporate or hospitality sectors preferred
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple venues and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working within fast-paced, multi-brand environments
  • Fluent English required; additional languages considered an advantage
