Training and Quality Manager – Fixed Term - Full Time (EU work eligible, )

Responsibilities
- Establish a training network according to Kempinski standard, including spending time in
operations to foster this network.
- Analyze training needs and plan, design and deliver training programs.
- Coach and train Managers and Departmental Trainers to improve departmental performance
- Continuously seek and support new approaches, practices and processes to improve the
efficiency of the training services offered.
- Lead by example and promote Kempinski’s core values
- Promote and Implement and follow Kempinski Corporate Training and quality policies and
procedures
- Work together with department heads and analyze operational quality performance using the
Kempinski Experience Assessment Tool (KEA) and ReviewPro; then based on the results provide
remedial training solution.
- Ensure all employees receive both Kempinski and locally required trainings
- Achieve Kempinski training engagement rate
Competencies
- Completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- Professional experience in a similar position in the upscale hotel industry or strong operational
experience in hotel industry in a departmental head position.
- An independent, responsible and committed way of working
- Very high sense of responsibility and quality
- Open and friendly manner as well as an eye for detail
- Very good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, Latvian and Russian may be of benefit
- Experience and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth and changing environment
- EU work eligable (passport or existing visa)
