Role Summary
Guest-facing F&B service role delivering refined, high-touch luxury hospitality service to guests. High standards, attention to detail, and strict discretion are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and host guests with professional etiquette and warm presence
- Provide beverage and light refreshment service with elegance and precision
- Anticipate guest preferences and respond promptly to requests
- Maintain impeccable service standards, presentation, and ambience
- Coordinate with F&B and operations teams to ensure seamless experiences
- Handle all guest interactions with discretion and confidentiality
Requirements
- Height: Above 165 cm for female,175cm for male
- Language: Fluent Mandarin (required);English preferred
- Polished appearance and impeccable grooming; elegant, confident presence
- Strong interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity
- Passion for luxury hospitality and premium service standards
- Composed and professional in a high-expectation environment
Preferred
- Experience in luxury hotels, fine dining, premium retail, concierge, or VIP hospitality
- Training in wine service, mixology, or fine-dining service etiquette
