Your tasks

·      Preparing ingredients yourself;

·      Applying basic cooking techniques;

·      Providing input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card, and methods;

·      Responsible for stock and order management;

·      Technically supervising assistant staff.

Your profile

·      MBO level 3 working and thinking level (secondary vocational education);

·      Demonstrable knowledge of basic cooking techniques.

·      Market-based salary between €2,450 – €2,960 gross per month (depending on experience and skills);

Requirements

You must come from the Netherlands, the EU, the EEA, or Switzerland and have permission to work in the Netherlands — we do not provide work visas.
