1、落实总经理分派的各项工作任务。

2、审定酒店财务计划、管理制度和工作程序,落实岗位责任制。

3、参与酒店重要经济问题的分析和决策,参加酒店主要经济合同的谈判、签署,并监督执行。

4、控制、监督酒店的收入、成本和费用,协助建立并督导实施成本和费用控制和各项制度。

5、审查施工合同,监督施工过程中各项资金的使用,确保各投资项目的资金合理使用。

6、审核酒店各类物资采购供应计划。

7、深入各部门,检查工作情况,发现问题及时督办。
