您的日常工作

掌握礼宾部工作知识并且十分熟悉礼宾部日常运行

负责管理礼宾部, 提供礼宾服务、行李服务、迎宾及交通服务

向客人和其它部门提供关于饭店内外广泛的服务和设施的详细而准确的信息

确保行李被正确的储存、贴标签并且记录在行李登记簿上

确保车道不被车辆阻塞并且在需要时协助代客泊车的工作

监督大堂的活动并在需要时协助接待员的工作

协助保持大堂的整洁有序

确保职业化和友好的机场迎送服务

参与准备和制定部门的目标

大专以上学历或同等文化程度

仪表端庄，热爱酒店工作，钻研业务，反应敏捷，善于交际

能用流利的英语从事前厅服务

熟悉前厅管理专业知识、市场销售知识和接待礼节礼仪

熟练运用电脑
