岗位职责
1、有效的控制厨房的产品成本、运营成本及产品的质量；
2、服从、支持上级的调配，能够条理清楚并快速的完成工作内容；
3、协调上下级的关系；
4、主动为店内甜点产品进行改良及创新；
5、负责饼房的管理及对员工的培训；
6、酒店分为包房和饼房，此岗位负责工作管理饼房。

岗位要求
1、中专以上学历，有基础的英语交流能力；
2、熟悉西式甜点制作，有一定的创新意识；
3、具有西饼房相关管理工作经验。
