Responsibilities
- Overall in charge of E-system, managing E-Timesheet, Overtime, E-Leave and E-Claim
- Liaising with Hotel’s insurance company as well as Finance Manager to manage claims and payments
- Managing insurance, including Workman Compensation, Group Hospitalisation and Group Term Life
- Implement and spearhead Work Place Health activities
- Managing In-bound and Out-bound transport
- Managing invoices
- In charge of payroll audits
- Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues’ facilities
- Ensure proper submission of documents for government paid leaves, ie: maternity leave, paternity leave, enhanced child care leave, extended child care leave.
- Contribute towards and participate in other HR activities and programs.
- Any other reasonable duties assigned by Director of Human Resources or Assistant Director of Human Resources.
