Responsibilities 

  • Overall in charge of E-system, managing E-Timesheet, Overtime, E-Leave and E-Claim
  • Liaising with Hotel’s insurance company as well as Finance Manager to manage claims and payments
  • Managing insurance, including Workman Compensation, Group Hospitalisation and Group Term Life
  • Implement and spearhead Work Place Health activities
  • Managing In-bound and Out-bound transport
  • Managing invoices
  • In charge of payroll audits
  • Ensure proper maintenance of colleagues’ facilities
  • Ensure proper submission of documents for government paid leaves, ie: maternity leave, paternity leave, enhanced child care leave, extended child care leave.
  • Contribute towards and participate in other HR activities and programs.
  • Any other reasonable duties assigned by Director of Human Resources or Assistant Director of Human Resources.
