Company Description

The newly built Anantara Jaipur Hotel marries classic opulence with contemporary comforts. The signature Indian restaurant serves cuisine fit for royalty, while the rooftop bar offers stunning views of the city along with exotic cocktails.

With magnificent standalone events facilities, the hotel will also host some of the city’s grandest weddings, with a ballroom, banquet room, pavilion, and banquet lawn that can host thousands of guests for multi-day celebrations.

Qualifications

The Director of Rooms is responsible for ensuring a smooth operation of several departments, including Front Office, Butler Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security. The primary objective is to achieve guest, colleague, and stakeholder satisfaction by providing excellent service while maximizing productivity and developing team members.

The Director of Rooms is also responsible for setting annual and long-term goals that aim to achieve operational excellence, implementing them, and managing the department's overall operations. The Director should anticipate and address guest issues by establishing proactive processes to promote guest satisfaction.

It is essential to be visible throughout the hotel and show an active interest in engaging with guests to achieve the highest level of customer service.
