We are growing and looking for experienced:


  • Jr. Pastry Sous Chef


The ideal candidate will support the Pastry Sous Chef in the daily operations of the pastry section, ensuring the highest standards of quality, presentation, and consistency are maintained at all times.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing the pastry section operations
  • Prepare high-quality desserts, pastries, and baked goods
  • Ensure proper mise en place and smooth service execution
  • Maintain cleanliness and compliance with HACCP standards
  • Support stock control and ingredient management
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to deliver exceptional guest experiences



Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a pastry kitchen or similar role
  • Passion for pastry arts and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of pastry techniques and food safety standards

  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required
  • Strong commitment to cleanliness, consistency, and professional standards
