As an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will be an essential figure in ensuring our guests enjoy world-class hospitality from embarkation to disembarkation , supporting the Front Desk Manager in managing and overseeing the Front Desk Team to ensure efficient first-contact resolution for guests.

By leading and supporting the front desk team, you will ensure smooth daily operations, addressing guest inquiries, requests, and concerns with efficiency and care. You'll train, mentor, and inspire team members to maintain the highest standards of service while collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction. Monitoring and managing guest feedback will be key, using it to continuously improve the quality of services provided. Your Journey So Far
To excel in this role, you should bring a wealth of knowledge and a passion for hospitality and your background needs to include:
1. Proven previous experience : A minimum of two years as a Front Desk Supervisor, preferably onboard a cruise ship or in a luxury hotel.
2. Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
3. Fluency in English and at least two additional European language to effectively communicate with our diverse international Guest.
4. A deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to deliver personalized guest experiences.
5. A proactive attitude with exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Your Essentials
To join our team as an Assistant Front Desk Manager, you will need:
1. Previous experience in a similar role aboard a cruise line or within a luxury hotel setting.
2. Proficiency in English and fluency in at least two additional language to effectively serve our international guests
3. A passion for hospitality and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with guests, team members, and senior management.
5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to handle the dynamic demands of life onboard.
6. The ability to work in a collaborative, multicultural environment and adapt to the unique challenges of cruise ship operations.
7. Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management will be an added advantage.
