Qualifications:
- Minimum of two (2) years Butler/guest facing services experience in a luxury environment.
- Excellent fluent English (verbal and written). Conversational in an additional languages is mandatory such as (German, Portuguese, French, Italian, Spanish, Mandarin, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic).
- Professional butler or luxury service certification such as “The International Butler Academy) is required.
- Strong emotional intelligence is required with resourceful thinking and a working knowledge of conflict resolution, food and beverages and the ability to confidently speak on and properly serve such items.
- Comprehensive understanding of ultra-luxury hospitality standards and bespoke guest service delivery.
- Mastery of formal dining etiquette, silver service and in-suite fine dining presentation
- Deep understanding of VIP, celebrity, and high-net-worth guest expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver personalized Butler service by preparing and maintaining guest suites according to preferences and company standards
- Fully knowledgeable of the in-suite services, food and beverages, basic etiquette, amenities, functions, and systems
- Coordinate and provide in-suite services including dining, amenities, housekeeping support, laundry, packing/unpacking, shoeshine and any other special requests
- Maintain accurate guest history records and communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments ensuring prompt recovery
- Assist in booking reservations for restaurants, spa, shore excursions and private tours as required.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, inventory, and public health compliance in suites, pantries, and assigned areas
