We are currently looking for a Vice President/ Assistant Vice President, Investment & Asset Management to join our IAM team based in Hong Kong.

As our Vice President/ Assistant Vice President, Investment and Asset Management, we will rely on you to:

• Support the senior management on driving strategic business initiatives.
• Identify opportunities and challenges/issues through data analytics (both for existing assets as well as new projects)
• Evaluate and benchmark the performance of our properties and our businesses with the aim to enhance their performance, including working with Hotel/Investment Property to drive asset enhancement initiatives.
• Perform in-dept external and internal research and data analyses to understand business problems, identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
• Conduct market research, information collection, collation and analysis of property market performance
• Develop financial simulations to analyze performance of assets as well as prepare reports for senior management.
• Conduct financial analyses and feasibility studies with cash-flow and yield analysis.

We are looking for someone who is/ has:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in investment analysis
• Experience in leading large-scale project initiatives to successful completion and implementation
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information.
• Exceptional problem-solving ability on diverse topics
• Effective influencing and communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Confident, assertive and collaborative
• Proficient in building financial models and presentation decks.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
