Dreaming of gaining international hospitality experience whilst living and working in France?
Training 4 Hospitality is now recruiting hospitality and culinary students for our 6-month France Hospitality Internship Programme, offering paid internships with luxury hotels, château properties, countryside resorts and selected restaurants across France.
Unlike many internships based in major cities, our placements are typically located in beautiful rural destinations, allowing participants to experience authentic French hospitality whilst developing valuable international work experience.
This programme is designed specifically for students completing a compulsory internship as part of their academic studies whilst gaining professional experience with carefully selected hospitality employers.

Training 4 Hospitality supports candidates throughout the recruitment process by providing:

- Host employer interview preparation
- Internship documentation guidance
- Visa application guidance
- Pre-departure preparation
- Arrival planning and ongoing support
Our host employers include:
- Luxury hotels
- Château hotels
- Countryside resorts
- Boutique hospitality properties
- Fine dining restaurants
- Selected Michelin-recommended and Michelin-starred restaurants (subject to experience and availability)

The recruitment and visa process typically takes around four months, so candidates are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
Successful applicants will be invited to:
- Training 4 Hospitality Interview
- Host Employer Interview
- Internship Documentation Review
Applications are submitted directly through the Training 4 Hospitality online application portal.
Candidates should also budget for:
- French Visa Fee (approximately €99)
- Mandatory Health Insurance (approximately €300)
- Bank transfer and currency conversion charges
- Flights to and from France
- Initial arrival expenses
- Local transportation where not provided by the host employer
Accommodation, meals and laundry facilities are provided by many host employers, with full placement details confirmed during recruitment.
Programme Fees
This is a structured international internship programme and programme fees apply.
Our programme fee covers recruitment, employer matching, interview coordination, internship documentation support, visa guidance, pre-departure preparation and ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
A staged payment schedule is available, with the final balance payable after visa approval.

We are looking for enthusiastic hospitality and culinary students wishing to gain valuable international experience in France.
Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in a recognised Hospitality or Culinary programme.
- Be completing the internship as a compulsory part of their academic studies.
- Be able to obtain an official letter from their college or university confirming the internship is required for their course.
- Demonstrate good spoken English.
- Have a genuine interest in hospitality and international cultural exchange.
- Be able to demonstrate that you or your guarantor have a minimum of €650 per month for the previous three month in income.
- Be willing to live in rural or countryside locations during the internship.
