Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey in the world of hospitality with Wotton House Hotel? We are looking for a dedicated and passionate HR Assistant to join our team. If you are a detail-oriented, people-centric individual who thrives in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

we will consider Hybrid working. at least 2/3 days on property.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an HR Assistant, you will support the HR department in various essential functions, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and HR administration. You will be a key player in ensuring our team members have the resources and support they need to excel in their roles and provide exceptional service to our guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems is a plus.
• Prior HR experience is advantageous.
• Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
