What You Will Learn & Experience
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Support the full recruitment cycle—from screening applications to emailing candidates and managers, and coordinating interviews.
- Employer Branding:
- Write engaging social media posts and contribute to our monthly internal newsletter, helping to bring the Xara Collection culture to life.
- Exciting HR Projects:
- Get hands-on experience assisting with various HR initiatives, including employee events and ongoing people-focused projects.
