One of the sole provider of excellent Culinary education in the Philippines. APICIUS started operating late 2009 when a group of highly skilled and experienced Chefs (onboard Cargo and Cruise ship) came together to form what is now Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management Inc.
Their passion is to hand down more than 30 years of experience in training and leadership to their students in a warm, friendly, and modern facility, through active cooking and in depth theoretical sessions. We provide International Diploma in Professional Cookery LEVEL 3 (CTH-UK International Program) and International Dual-Degree in Culinary Arts (HRC Bulgaria). training in culinary arts, including pastry and baking, variety of short courses in different cooking mediums, ensuring that our students can learn the skills within the subject of their choice to advance their careers.
Our holistic approach makes our graduates standout from the rest of the pack of professionals. Furthermore, APICIUS has every intention of keeping up with the ever-growing sea based and land based industry, providing people with the skills for all kinds of customer service related jobs (hotels, resorts & restaurants, cargo ships or cruise ships) locally and internationally.
We are a student-oriented institution and we are very proud of that commitment. We teach our students various techniques and expose them to the preparation of international cuisine throughout the training. We provide our students the theoretical foundation and technical skills that can be applied to the preparation of ethnic cooking styles. We provide basic Public Health Training based on USPH or UK Standards to ensure that the students are aware of these regulations already when they join your company.
