The Institute of Culinary Education (ICE) is one of the largest and most diverse culinary schools in the world with campuses in New York and Los Angeles. Established in 1975, ICE offers award-winning six to 13-month career training programs in Culinary Arts, Pastry & Baking Arts, Health-Supportive Culinary Arts, Restaurant & Culinary Management and Hotel & Hospitality Management as well as continuing education programs in Artisan Bread Baking and The Art of Cake Decorating. Uniquely, ICE has designed its program and schedules to make it easy for a student to gain dual-diplomas in both Culinary Arts, and Management.
The school has won numerous awards, including a 2016 rating by the The Daily Meal as “the #1 Culinary School in America”. ICE has over 14,000 alumni, many of whom are leaders in their specific sector as chefs, restaurateurs, pastry experts, food journalists and research chefs.
Regarding international enrollments, ICE welcomes about 45 global students a years from a wide range of countries including India, Brazil, Indonesia, China, the Philippines and Colombia.
