Le Cordon Bleu is a traditional gastronomy institute, 127 years old, present in 20 countries with 35 units around the world. In Rio de Janeiro since 2018, more than a thousand students have graduated from the Rio de Janeiro unit, and there are more than 20 thousand students of more than 100 nationalities every year. Le Cordon Bleu combines innovation and creativity with tradition through its certificates and diplomas.
