Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, en alianza con la Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, es la tercera sede europea de la prestigiosa institución francesa, después de las históricas escuelas de París y Londres. Junto a los programas tradicionales de Cocina y Pastelería de Le Cordon Bleu, la escuela de Madrid cuenta también con el Diploma de Cocina Española, especializado en las técnicas, recetas e ingredientes propios de la gastronomía de España.



Le Cordon Bleu Madrid, together with Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, is the third European School of this prestigious French institution, after the historical schools of Paris and London. Along with the traditional programmes of Cuisine, Pastry and Bakery, Le Cordon Bleu Madrid has launched the Spanish Cuisine Diploma, specialized in techniques, recipes and ingredients typical of the Spanish gastronomy. Thanks to the success of the course and its international demand, the programmes of Cooking, Pastry and Spanish Cuisine are also taught in English.
