Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic Head Mixologist to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. A Head Mixologist that will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations 

Key Responsibilities
The job of Head Mixologist is executed satisfactorily when:

• All rules & regulations are strictly adhered within the hotel including hotel’s policy on.
• The Bar & Service team is well managed, having delegated the appropriate tasks to the team members.
• A High quality of product and service is maintained in the outlet.
• The outlet is developed in an entrepreneurial manner, looking for opportunities to generate more business at all times.
• Understand and strictly adhere to the rules & regulations established in the hotel’s policy manual and the hotel’s policy on fire, hygiene, health & safety.
• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks.
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Plan and present bar menu.
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
• Successfully perform opening and closing procedures established for the assigned outlet.
• Handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner and report guest complaints and feedback to supervisors.
• Be knowledgeable to operate the existing POS system based on the trained responsibility level as assigned in the department.
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- List any licenses or certifications required by the position: WSET
-Preferable a relevant degree in Hospitality

- Minimum 1 year professional cocktail experience as a  Head Mixologist in a high-volume and fast paced environment required.
- Minimum 2 years professional cocktail experience as a Bartender in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
- Must be able to reach or exceed sales targets set by the company.
- Developing beverage strategies managing slow moving items
- Must have beverage experience in a luxury 5 star environment, supervisory level or above
