We are currently looking for a dynamic Chef de Rang to join our Team at Four Seasons Hotel Florence!

The Role of Chef de Rang

The Chef de Rang is an essential member of the Food & Beverage team dedicated to provide exceptional quality and service to our guests at our Al Fresco Trattoria. This position anticipates and services guests needs before being asked and is knowledgeable about all available menu options, beverage lists and daily specials.

Our Ideal Chef de Rang candidate will have:

A special talent and passion for delivering the highest of standards and ensuring exceptional service and attention to our guests.  You should have at least 2 years restaurant service experience. You should strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, the ability to multi-task with excellent organizational skills, be a team player and bring your personal touch and energy to our F&B Team.   

This position is based at the Four Seasons Hotel Florence and the contract is seasonal.  You must possess the legal right to work in Italy at the time of application and have fluency in English and Italian.
