The Role
As the face of Glacia Rose, you will ensure every guest interaction reflects our brand’s commitment to elegance and precision.
- Guest Experience: Provide warm, professional, and knowledgeable service, guiding guests through our signature menu (including our artisanal gelato and specialty coffee blends).
- Presentation: Maintain the immaculate aesthetic of our lounge, ensuring the pearl white and tan wood interiors remain pristine.
- Service Excellence: Handle orders for dine in n and takeaway with a focus on our signature luxury packaging and presentation standards.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Communicate the "Glacia Rose" story from our architectural roots to our couture inspired flavor profiles.

What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Proven background in hospitality, luxury retail, or fine dining.
- Aesthetic Sensitivity: An appreciation for design and detail; you understand that the way a "Savory Flute" is served is as important as its taste.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal English skills (additional languages are a plus) and a poised, professional demeanor.
- Proactive Nature: A "hands-on" team player who can anticipate guest needs before they are voiced.
- Availability: Flexible to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, in Abu Dhabi.
- Langue requise: Anglais.
