Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead all recruitment efforts across the company.
- Develop effective sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
- Improve candidate assessment methods to ensure high-quality hires.
- Build talent pipelines for key management and operational positions.
- Manage onboarding programs to ensure successful employee integration.
Performance Management & Incentives
- Design and implement a rigorous employee evaluation system.
- Develop departmental and individual KPI frameworks.
- Create incentive, recognition, and reward programs that drive performance.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure accountability throughout the organization.
- Work with department heads to identify and address underperformance.
HR Systems, SOPs & Process Improvement
- Review, optimize, and streamline all HR procedures.
- Develop and maintain clear HR policies, SOPs, forms, and documentation.
- Standardize processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and compliance.
- Introduce systems that reduce administrative workload and improve reporting.
- Ensure proper employee record keeping and HR data management.
Training & Development
- Conduct company-wide training programs.
- Coordinate departmental training plans and schedules.
- Track training outcomes and ensure knowledge is being applied in practice.
- Develop leadership and management training initiatives.
- Create career development pathways for employees.
Culture & Employee Engagement
- Help build a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees.
- Address employee concerns and resolve workplace conflicts professionally.
- Promote employee engagement and retention initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Oversee contracts, disciplinary procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate HR reports and provide management with actionable insights.

- $36,000 USD Per Year
- Accomodation is provided by the company, also an option to get accomodation allowance

À propos de vous
- Proven experience managing or transforming an HR department.
- Strong recruitment and talent assessment skills.
- Experience creating performance management systems and incentive programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Highly proactive, adaptable, and comfortable taking ownership.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence others.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Hospitality experience is an advantage but not required.
- Langue requise: Anglais. Swahili est un plus
