Bartender

Position Overview

We’re looking for passionate, knowledgeable, and personable bartenders to join our opening team. Ideal candidates will bring energy, precision, and a love for crafting exceptional drinks—especially those featuring Mezcal, tequila, and our unique house-made infusions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional service and personalized recommendations to every guest
• Mix, garnish and serve a diverse range of Signature & Classic cocktails
• Confidently guide guests through our curated Mezcal and agave spirit selection, including tasting flights
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar at all times
• Follow all drink recipes and house specifications, with a focus on accuracy and consistency
• Educate guests on the story behind our drinks, spirits, and ingredients
• Support team members during busy hours, assisting with prep and floor service as needed
• Adhere to all health and safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations

Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ year bartending experience in a high-end or cocktail-focused venue
• Strong knowledge of agave-based spirits (Mezcal/Tequila) preferred
• Passion for hospitality and great storytelling
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Willingness to learn and grow with a new, ambitious concept
• Basic knowledge of food pairing (bonus: understanding of our small plates)
