Responsibility
We are looking for an ambitious Waiter/Waitress who will be responsible for taking orders, serving dishes, end ensuring all of your guests have a great experience
- Welcome customers in the pastry shop, understand their needs and carry out the sales ceremony in line with the excellent service required by the company
- Constantly check the freshness and integrity of the products and ensure that the department is always stocked, clean and in perfect order
- Monitor the product in stock to ensure its availability and check deadlines
- Prepares the correct packaging in compliance with the standards of corporate image
- Follow and counsel the customer in the purchase, taking care of the product presentation and ensuring efficiency and maximization of sales
Requirements
Proven experience as Waiter / Waitress
Fluency in English
Good interpersonal and customer management skills
Skills of precision and ability to work under stress
Ability to multitask work efficiently under pressure

In 1824, the Marchesi family-run pastry shop first opened in the heart of Milan. By the early 1900s, Pasticceria Marchesi had become not only a high-quality patisserie but also a charming café and a landmark venue in Milan.
Almost 200 years later, Pasticceria Marchesi has been acquired by Prada but is still run by the Marchesi family and maintains an authentic 20th-century atmosphere. Pasticceria Marchesi has since opened two new shops in Milan, which embody the original Marchesi spirit in a new environment with timeless allure.
A new London boutique opened recently on Mount Street, one of the most prestigious streets in Mayfair in the heart of the city.
An exciting new chapter in the Marchesi 1824 story is about to begin.
