We have a fantastic vacany for a Night Porter who is passionate about good service to join our team!
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure excellent communication with all departments.
* To maintain a high standard of service.
* Handle, follow up and communicate any comments or complaints.
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests by answering questions, addressing concerns, and fulfilling requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Ensure that all tasks are completed on each shift that a full and thorough handover takes place at the end of the shift.
* Report any maintainence or security issues to appropriate personnel.
* Attend all fire, health and safety and first aid training
* Be passionate about hospitality, and thrive on working as part of a team
* Set up and Break down of Function Rooms.
* Be committed to their own personal development.
* To Assist Management with any reasonable request.
* Be comfortable working on their own and as part of a team
Minimum Requirements:
* Previous similar experience is an advantage.
* Ability to use own initiative
* Friendly outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
* Flexible regarding working hours
* Full Clean Driving Licence
