Guest Relations & Operations Coordinator – Convento de Cabanas (Portugal)

Nestled in a beautifully restored former Benedictine convent dating back to the 17th century, the Convento de Cabanas is an exclusive boutique hotel set within 7 hectares of botanical gardens, crossed by a river and featuring a natural waterfall.

We are looking for a dynamic and hospitality-driven Guest Relations & Operations Coordinator to oversee the daily coordination of the hotel and ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Main responsibilities:

* Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay.
* Coordinate daily hotel operations and service teams.
* Ensure the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction.
* Manage reservations, check-ins, check-outs and guest requests.
* Act as the main point of contact between guests, management and staff.

Profile:

* Previous experience in hospitality, boutique hotels or luxury tourism.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
* Proactive, hands-on, detail-oriented and passionate about guest service.
* Eligible to work in Portugal.
