• Coordinate the work of staff members (front desk, kitchen, delivery)
• Ensuring the training and onboarding of new employees
• Monitoring sales and staffing needs
• Conducting interviews and recruiting candidates
• Ensuring and managing various aspects (technical, logistical, customer-related, and employee-related)
• Organizing, coordinating, supervising, and supporting the work of the
restaurant teams (chefs and team members)
• Training new employees
• Mastering standard guidelines for sales, hygiene, and delivery
• Mastering the store opening/closing routine
• Closing out the day
• Creating/processing daily and weekly orders from the various vendors/suppliers
• Opening and closing cash registers

• Be thoroughly familiar with standard procedures for sales, hygiene, and delivery
• Be thoroughly familiar with restaurant opening and closing procedures
• Close out the day
• Create and process daily and weekly orders with various suppliers
• Open and close the cash registers
- Lingua richiesta: Tedesco. Inglese e Francese sono un plus
