About the job
• Coordinate the work of staff members (front desk, kitchen, delivery)
• Ensuring the training and onboarding of new employees
• Monitoring sales and staffing needs
• Conducting interviews and recruiting candidates
• Ensuring and managing various aspects (technical, logistical, customer-related, and employee-related)
• Organizing, coordinating, supervising, and supporting the work of the
restaurant teams (chefs and team members)
• Training new employees
• Mastering standard guidelines for sales, hygiene, and delivery
• Mastering the store opening/closing routine
• Closing out the day
• Creating/processing daily and weekly orders from the various vendors/suppliers
• Opening and closing cash registers

About you
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the restaurant industry
• At least 1 year of management experience
• Very good German and English skills (French is a plus)
• Service-oriented and competent
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Versatility, flexibility, leadership and organizational skills
• Good IT skills
- Language required: German. English and French are a plus
