Job Description

• Behaves and acts in an exemplary fashion, embodying the brand mindset
• Helps the sous chef  in all his/her duties
• Carries out and coordinates the organisation, preparation, production, presentation and assures the high standard of culinary services offered to guests with guidance of sous chef
• Helps, guide, and supervise commis to improve their skills for career development

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years previous experience within similar role as DCDP/CDP Pastry and Bakery
• Good communications skills
• Good knowledge of Pastry and Bakery product
• Working experience in 5* hotel operation is highly regarded
