Job Description

• In charge of the kitchen of the Social Club restaurant (80 seats) which will undergo a renovation and rebranding in September 2024.
• Oversee kitchen operations, food and staff management.
• Ensure food quality, consistency while minimizing waste and controlling costs.
• Provide leadership and guidance to kitchen team, fostering a positive work environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in similar position, preferably in premium or fine dining restaurant
• Excellent speaking and writing proficiency in English language
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable in execution and follow-through
• Diploma in hospitality or culinary certificate
• Ability to work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
• Well-presented and professionally groomed at all time
• Strong culinary skills, creativity,  attention to detail
