คำอธิบายงาน

• Oversee the daily operations of the Finance department.
• Direct and coordinate hotel financial planning and budget management function.
• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
• Analyze financial outlooks and prepare financial forecasts.
• Establish and implement short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operation procedures.

คุณสมบัติ

• Minimum of 5 year of relevant financial experience in the hotel industry, in a senior level finance position.
• Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including generally accepted accounting principles.
• Strategic planning on both a mid/long term scale.
• Financially astute, able to drive financial performance and understand commercial implications.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
