Job Description
- The efficient running of the food and beverage service function to both meet and exceed customer needs and expectations with a focus on conference & events.
- Proactively managing and resolving guest complaints
- Working hands-on alongside the team, Leading and developing your team members by assisting with service, training and ongoing development.
- Adhere and uphold RSA principles and liquor licensing guidelines at all times.
- Liaising with guests, Chef and Kitchen brigade on the menu, guest feedback and service issues
- Upholding and maintaining a clean, hygienic and ALLSafe working environment
Qualifications
- Passion for food & beverage service and guest engagement - always seeking to find the YES in every situation.
- Excellent communication skills; including both verbal and written.
- A hands on approach with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Someone who can think outside the box to ensure continuous improvement.
- Have the ability to work various evenings including weekends and public holidays.
- RSA Certification
