Job Description
Regional Tour & Leisure Sales Manager
Our sales team looks to maximize revenue across Accor's Canada Western Mountain Collection, consisting of Fairmont Chateau Whistler, Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise, Fairmont Banff Springs, Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge and The Rimrock Banff. Our Regional Tour & Leisure Sales Manager will implement new strategies to maintain and increase key leisure and wholesale accounts for our five resorts.
Salary Range: $76,000 - $82,000 per annum
Job Duties Include:
- Maximize tour & leisure revenues whilst managing key leisure and wholesale accounts across Accor's Canada Western Mountain Collection during peak and shoulder seasons
- Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed sales goals, develop new business relationships and establish a strong hotel reputation within the community
- Coordinate and attend effective sales trips and appointments, retail trade marketplaces and conferences to gain market share from competitors.
- Negotiate rate agreements to create a win/win situation for the client and organization
- Work with your team of Regional Sales Managers & Coordinators to build and grow supplier and industry-partner relationships
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience. International sales experience is an asset
- Valid BC Driver's licence, able to travel within Canada & the US when required
- Effective negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Opera and Property manager systems are an asset
- Working knowledge of iconic resort properties with a strong interest in sales & marketing

Additional Information
