Job Description

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximize profitability.
  2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
  4. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales materials.
  5. Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
  6. Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and presentations to prospective clients.
  7. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for both the client and the hotel.
  8. Monitor sales performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
  9. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel and generate leads.
  10. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Oracle Cloud is an advantage.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed.
