Job Description

• To ensure high standards of cleanliness in the departments
•  Report any maintenance issues to the Spa Supervisor.
• To be fully aware of current and future services offered by the hotel and to make suggestions for improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
• To maintain a high customer service focus.
• To always provide customers with an enjoyable and memorable experience
• Constantly strive to increase guest satisfaction through quality & creativity.
• To provide a courteous, efficient and professional service at all times.
• To have a thorough knowledge of Spa Department as well as other applicable services offered by the hotel.

Qualifications

• High School or any higher qualification.
• A fresher or a minimum of 1 year experience.
