Description du poste

Votre mission, si vous l’acceptez !

Composée de 2 chefs de projets et d’un Responsable communication, l’équipe communication externe est en charge de l’ensemble des prises de parole de la marque sur un scope 360 en France et à l’international : TV, RP, SoMe, digital, événementiel & partenariats.

Vous reporterez directement au Responsable communication externe et assisterez l’équipe sur les missions suivantes :

Garantir la cohérence de nos supports de communication
Rédaction des supports de brief et de communication : a destination des agences et de l’interne.
Participation à la gestion opérationnelle des projets de l’équipe : aller-retours avec les agences pour suivi et livraison des campagnes, participation aux productions image / vidéo, organisation d’événements.
Organiser et coordonner les réunions avec les parties prenantes : planifier les réunions, rédiger les comptes-rendus.

Qualifications

Êtes-vous le candidat idéal ?

Vous suivez une formation bac +4/5 de type Ecole de communication, ou Commerce / Marketing / Management ?
Vous maîtrisez le pack Office ?
Vous êtes proactif, curieux, rigoureux et organisé ?
Vous n’avez pas peur d’aller au contact des gens et avec de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles ?
Vous avez idéalement une première expérience en agence de communication ou au sein d’un service communication ?
Vous êtes idéalement bilingue en anglais ?
Vous êtes motivé à rejoindre une marque qui bouge et leader sur son segment ?
