Boutique Attendant

POSITION OVERVIEW

Assist guests in the Gallery and assist Gallery Manager with all clerical duties. Entry-level position with great opportunity to learn retail operations and customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Focused on guest experience and sales.
• Great interest in local and Indigenous artisan goods, fashion, art, luxury goods and customer service
• Motivated by guest engagement- Takes pleasure in serving guest and able to go above and beyond to meet guest expectations.
• Being knowledgeable on background information on all artists and products.
• Enthusiastic and engaging when sharing storyline of goods.
• Ensuring that the physical appearance of the boutique meets standards set forth. i.e. Maintain stock replenishment, folding product and following visual merchandising standards set forth

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in hotel and/or retail environment
• Knowledge of computerized systems, including hotel property management system and common office computerized programs such as Excel and Word.
• Must be self-directed and able to perform at a high level without guidance.
