POSITION OVERVIEW

FB Service Internship, Amandari, Ubud, Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.Be knowledgeable about the overview of the resort

2.Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.

3.Handle guest inquiries and provide information about resort amenities, services, and local attractions.

4.Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests and resolve any issues or concerns.

5.Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.

QUALIFICATIONS

1.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field (preferred).

2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3.Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests.

4.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

5.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

6.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
