POSITION OVERVIEW
Management Internship - Amanjiwo, Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Be knowledgeable about the overview of the resort
2.Get and lead daily briefings in the assigned departments to effectively ensure communication
3.Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest satisfaction, engagement and smooth operation
4.Complete project assignments from Executive members of the resort
5.Assist tasks that may be given by respective department managers
QUALIFICATIONS
1.Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field (preferred).
2.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3.Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to assist guests.
4.Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
5.Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
6.Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
