Pool Technician

POSITION OVERVIEW

The underlying responsibility of all maintenance staff, including the Pool Technician, is to provide our guests with the most comfortable and enjoyable experience possible. All facilities and equipment will be maintained in a manner consistent with their design and construction, or better.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Satisfying guest needs and exceeding their expectations by projecting a positive hotel image through proper grooming, appropriate verbal communication, and taking responsibility for guest needs.
• Reporting on time for each shift.
• Dressed appropriately in uniform.
• Proper care and accountability for tools and supplies.
• Keeping records and logs as requested.
• Accounting for daily duties as assigned by Chief Engineer.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have CPO Certification.
• At least one year experience in a relevant field.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to be organized, manage time wisely and work with little to no direct supervision.
• Very high attention to detail.
