POSITION OVERVIEW

The position is responsible in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling overall operations and administration of spa department. Further, managing colleagues and spa finances, and providing guests satisfaction and exceeding guests expectations while adhering to the Aman standards. 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepares Annual Spa Budget
  • Prepares month-end and inventory reports
  • Controls and maintains monthly budget and maximizes revenue
  • Ensures that the trainings planned and conducted in the spa are within the budget
  • Ensures that the department operation budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are strictly controlled
  • Studies, evaluates, and suggests improvements for operational procedure of Spa to the General Manager
  • Ensures promotions of services of the Spa to attain maximum revenues
  • Handles guests complaints and records all guests comments
  • Estbalishes good guests relationships and rapport
  • Ensures that all work and information, particularly regarding guests, is considered to be confidential and this confidentilaity must be maintained at all times
  • Looks for opportunities to improve profitability of the department 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably with Bschelor's Degree from a reputable property
  • At least five (5) years work experience in the same capacity from international, luxury properties 
  • Preferably from a therapist/spa practitioner background
  • Well-versed in Spa products and services
  • Well-organized and able to handle multiple tasks
  • Has attention to details
  • Revenue-oriented and deadline-oriented
  • Organization and people skills
