We are recruiting EXECUTIVE CHEF (M/F)

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Executive Chef (M/F), you will report to the Hotel Director and will be responsible for:
Planning, coordinating and supervising the kitchen service of the 5 Outlets.
You will ensure the quality of the service, developing menus adapted to the concept of each of the different outlets, guaranteeing
high standards of quality, hygiene and food safety as well as ensuring cost control and stock management in accordance with the
outlined business plan.
You will also be responsible for leading a multicultural and dynamic team with more than 40 kitchen professionals, promoting a
healthy environment, carrying out the planning and organization of service rosters in order to make the most of existing resources,
always complying with standards and procedures in order to guarantee a quality and excellent service, exceeding the client’s
expectations.

- Professional experience Minimum of 3 to 5 years in similar functions. 5-star hotels, superior restaurants or luxury cruise ships with responsibility for managing several restaurants with large capacity and different gastronomic concepts (eliminatory factor);
- Proven experience in restaurants with buffet service;
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of all basic cooking techniques;
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office, Internet and specific applications for the catering/hospitality are
