Marketing & Communication Manager

YOUR MAIN TASKS:

The Communication and Marketing Manager will be responsible for the planning, coordination and effective implementation of "The Home of the Artist" art projects. He/She will actively participate in the promotion and dissemination of art projects to the press, partners and clients of the establishment. He/She will work closely with artists and designers, partners, hospitality and production teams, agencies and other stakeholders to ensure the successful achievement of project objectives. The Communication and Marketing Manager Manager will also act as an ambassador for Casa Monti, raising the hotel's profile in the neighborhood and throughout Rome.
The Communication and Marketing Manager Manager will report directly to the Hotel Director Andrea Ronchetti, and will work closely with the governance teams, including the Marketing and Communications Director, based in France, and with the operational teams, based in Rome.

Projects promotion:
• Participate in the development of communication plans in direct liaison with the Marketing and Communications Director at head office.
• Contribute to the promotion of artistic events by helping to create promotional material and participating in marketing initiatives.
• Manage the production of communication tools (invitations, newsletters, etc.)
• Assist in the planning and coordination of PR events, such as vernissages or VIP events
• Coordinate with local PR agencies
• Establish and maintain relationships with art institutions, galleries, local shops and
craftsmen to enrich the local and roman database
• Provide high-end service by responding to customers' needs and providing information on
artists and artworks in the hotel

PR:
• Develop and maintain good relations with local players: shopkeepers, brands and companies... with the aim of building a network and generating revenue for the points of sale.
• Coordinate press relations for the establishment in collaboration with our press agencies and head office (press receptions, press trips, organization of photo shoots, visits, etc.) in France and abroad.
• Develop the hotel's public relations and maintain a network of Key Opinion Leaders
• Maintain and develop relationships with influencers
• Set up collaborations with brands and partners for pop-ups or temporary activations, with
the aim of generating visibility for the hotel, and work on their successful implementation.
• Be the point of contact between head office and hotel teams, to disseminate the right messages on behalf of the communications and marketing department. Ensure that
messages are properly understood by hotel teams.

Project coordination :
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of artistic projects, including logistics, budget, human and material resources.
• Coordinate activities related to the production and logistics of artistic or fashion events (scouting, scheduling, crews, etc.)
• Monitor the production of projects with artists and designers in the context of cartes blanches and/or the production of works and objects
• Assist with the installation and dismantling of works or fashion items
• Coordinate with other departments (reception, catering, etc.)
• Manage project budgets
• Participate in project evaluation and analysis

PROFILE

Ideally, you have a high degree in communication, project management, cultural administration or a related field. You already have successful experience in the field of communication.
A good general culture and knowledge of art and design is essential for this position.
Fluency in written and spoken Italian and English is mandatory for this position, and French would be a plus.

You will be working directly or cross-functionally with all the hotel's departments. You will need to be a team player and be able to react quickly to ensure that the hotel runs smoothly.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Contract: Permanent full-time
Start date: as soon as possible
Remuneration: according to experience
