Tasks
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes within your designated kitchen section, ensuring consistency
  • Assist in recipe development with a creative touch, contributing to menu items
  • Work with fermentations, dry-aging, and house-made products, following kitchen guidelines
  • Uphold kitchen standards in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Follow hygiene, safety, and quality control standards to guarantee top-quality food output
Requirements

Culinary experience (fine dining is a plus, Michelin-star background is even better)
✅ A strong work ethic and a passion for cooking

Ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
